Sponsors are Critical

Last year 600 people attended the Holocaust Center's luncheon! All of these attendees received a tribute book in which sponsors were prominently featured. Over 3,000 people received the invitation to the luncheon with a list of sponsors, and even more have visited the Center's website and have seen the list of sponsor names and logos displayed.

As a small non-profit the Holocaust Center must use the fundraiser to support its operating budget. In doing so, we depend on our community partners as a means to leverage contributions from individual donors. Sponsors allow the Center to cover costs of the event so that attendees donate directly to the Center's programs and operations.

We ask you to join us in making a commitment to this important work in 2010. Genocide, prejudice and hate crimes do not take a respite during difficult economic times and neither can the Center. It is through the study of the Holocaust that young people and adults learn about human behavior, social responsibility, moral courage, the importance of speaking out against intolerance, and the difference just one person can make.

Sponsor support will allow the Holocaust Center to continue to provide educational materials to grade levels from 5-12 through community colleges and universities.
